A long time coming. Twenty one this fall actually. That's how long Deb and I have dreamed of building a barn/studio at our place in the woods know by family and friends as Dragonwood http://thedragonwoodchronicles.blogspot.com/.
We have our drawings and are ready to build a 18' X 28' foot barn.
We have done the site work, cutting trees, clearing the land, bringing in fill and grading off for a level building site. This week we hope to get the foundation, a monolithic concrete slab finished. Then after a few days of curing and permiting we can begin the frame up. Should go fast once the foundation is complete.
